4. Use of Artificial Intelligence
Our Service utilises artificial intelligence (AI) technology for call handling. By using our Service, you acknowledge and agree that:
a) AI technology may not be perfect and may occasionally make errors.
b) You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any information or actions taken by our AI system.
c) We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from AI-generated responses or actions, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
5. Client Obligations
You agree to:
a) Provide accurate and complete information when setting up your account and using our Service.
b) Keep your account details confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
c) Use our Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
d) Not use our Service for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.
e) Provide us with all necessary information and materials to deliver the Service effectively.
6. Payment and Fees
a) Fees for our Service are as outlined on our pricing page. We reserve the right to change our fees with 30 days' notice.
b) Payment is due in advance for the selected billing period.
c) If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Service.
d) All fees are exclusive of VAT, which will be added where applicable.

We treat all information received through our Service as confidential. We will not disclose any confidential information to third parties except as required by law or with your explicit consent.

b) Any unauthorised access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
c) Any errors or omissions in the content or functionality of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to CallChimps in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold CallChimps harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or your breach of these terms and conditions.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these terms and conditions. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
