What is CallChimps and how does it work?
The call handling service from CallChimps takes calls and answers on behalf of the business - with a personal touch, using the business's name and asking how we can help. For potential customer or client call handling, this improves customer satisfaction, as they are not waiting in a queue or asked to 'press 1 for...' - it feels like a professional, UK based, human touch.
We take a message and can even respond to questions about the business. The call handling summary, call transcript, call recording and task list are then supplied to a specific email or phone number (or multiple), as well as being stored online for future reference.
What is the contract length?
We don't believe in lock-in contracts here at CallChimps. You should be free to leave if you wish. We have total confidence in our service, so we don't set out contracts with minimum terms. You can leave after just one day if you really want!
What is your cancellation period?
We don't have a 'cancellation period' or contracts that lock you in, unlike most other call handling services.
We bill call time retrospectively, so you would only be billed up to, and including, any call time (beyond your inclusive minutes) used at the end of the month.

Are there any other costs, such as a setup fee?
No, there really aren't other costs to consider! The pricing laid out on this page is what the service will cost - no hidden extras!
We do not charge a setup fee, or cancellation fee, or training fees. What you see is what you get.
How secure is CallChimps - do you share data?
CallChimps is fully GDPR compliant, and we never share confidential data from your calls or account with beyond the components of our service.
Our service leverages AI LLMs, but data connections to these are highly secure and they do not use your data for training their models (LLMs) or share this beyond the immediate connection between CallChimps and this service.
CallChimps uses 256-bit encryption and secure VoIP processes to prevent interception or hacking of calls and account data.
